The Capristo Ferrari 458 engine bonnet for the 458 Spider is 100% Carbon, with ventilation ports and glass pane of safety glass
The bonnet can be shipped in different versions, but must still be painted in the car’s body color.
All parts are manufactured in our autoclave to ensure maximum strength. Unlike the original hood, the shape is slightly modified. In addition, the hood has more ventilation openings and a glass pane. This gives the rear of the 458 a better appearance, than with the standard bonnet.
The delivery contains the cross beam for the lock, the glass pane, a sealing strip and the necessary glue. The lettering in the photos are for outlook purposes and not included in the delivery. The original lettering must be used.
The bonnet has a German TUEV-Approval.
Please note that in vehicles with a satellite antenna (American models), a different rear window pane is needed. This pane has an additional hole to take the antenna. It is therefore important to forward this information to us, in order to deliver the appropriate part.
